The 2020 Members Annual Meeting is Scheduled for November 29th, 2020
Due to the Covid Pandemic the HOA directors avoided holding member meetings during the year and provided essential information via email to keep everyone informed. We will hold the required annual meeting to present the 2020 financial report, the 2021 budget and capture nominees for election to the board. This meeting will be held November 29th at the conference center on Mile Hill Road. We are using this conference center to assure we can provide sufficient space to minimize health risks through appropriate social distancing. All members will be sent the agenda and specific address and time in an email.
Drainage Pond Survey and Transfer of Ownership to the HOA (11/10/2020)
Its been a challenging year for everyone. We have faced a world wide pandemic and a stressful presidential election. The survey was delayed due to the pandemic for a few months earlier in the year and some elements of the survey are not consistent with the initial proposal between the Childers and the HOA. These differences are easily remedied and not due to any conflict. A draft amendment to the CC&R's has been posted to the website and is available for review and comment. This is preliminary and will likely change as we work the final details and have a legal review by an attorney.
Drainage Pond Survey and Transfer of Ownership to the HOA (06/27/2020)
A survey of the Drainage Ponds has been completed and we are working with Steve and Wilma Childers to determine the best approach for establishing the ponds as separate property. We are developing a draft amendment to the CC&R's regarding the forestry status of the Childers property (lots 8,10 and 13). The amendment will be made available for member review and comment at a future date prior to calling for a vote of approval.
Lot #04 New Owners
Please welcome Mitch Bracking to the HOA. Mitch closed purchase in April 2020. We look forward to meeting MItch at one of our future member meetings.
Lot #07 New Owners
Please welcome Trevor and Jennifer Dance to the HOA.Trevor and Jennifer closed their purchase in April 2020. We look forward to meeting them at one of our future member meetings.
Lot #11 Approval to Build
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Littley on obtaining all permits and ACC approval of their plans for construction of their home.
The Architectural Control Committee has reviewed and approved plans for development of lot#11. The Littley's will begin clearing property and construction of their new home in April 2020.
HOA Website Initial Release
As proposed in the November 2019 members meeting The Board of Directors and Officers have approved development of this HOA website. We hope the content and structure provide an effective and intuitive means for the members to access essential and useful information regarding our neighborhood.
