Security Gate Malfunctions
Helpful Information
- Non Member Gate Access
Please use discretion when providing gate access to contractors and other persons.
It is recommended that you contact the HOA secretary to obtain a contractor PIN for any contractors or services that you may use. Only share your owner PIN with familiy and close freinds.
A unique PIN helps identify who may be entering the neighborhood and may be set to expire after a specific duration of time, or cancelled to stop unauthorized access. This helps maintain access security for you and our neighborhood.
- Waste and Recycling Pickup
Waste pickup is scheduled weekly for Friday morning. Recycling is every other week. Bins must be placed at driveway end no later than 5:00AM.
Waste bins may be placed at the end of your driveway the night before pickup and per our CC&R's they must be removed from the roadway within 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time.

- Common Grounds Maintenance
Grounds upkeep is scheduled for every other week on Tuesday. Please be certain that vehicles are not parked along the roadway during these times if possible.
- Neigborhood Watch
Please help us keep our neighborhood safe. We encourage neigborhood watch and if you notice suspicious activity please notify the HOA via our email account, or you may submit your observation via the contact us page.
